Do you know what “word spirit” is?

With just a light utterance from my lips, I can make someone willingly serve me like a devoted servant.

When I was eighteen, I stumbled upon my brother confessing his feelings to Jiang Sen. Distraught and overwhelmed, I lost my composure when Jiang Sen, as usual, came to pick on me. I blurted out, “You follow my brother around every day, clinging to him like a dog. Isn’t that disgusting? Do you like him? Why? Why not like me instead!”

No one knew that this word spiritcould only be used once in a lifetime, and it had a time limit. Once the time was up, everything would vanish.

I sank deeper and deeper into this false warmth, unable to extricate myself, until the day came when Jiang Sen, freed from the word spirit’s control, regained his senses. He kicked me off the bed and coldly told me to get out.

That’s when I knew my beautiful dream had shattered, and hell had arrived.

I was once the rose in his palm, but without his affection, I became nothing more than a common withered weed, scattered across the fields.
