One day, a god suddenly appeared and announced the “Human Level” system to the world. Good deeds would earn points, and bad deeds would reduce them. With this simple system in place, the world began to overflow with acts of “kindness.”

However, these “good deeds” weren’t really for others; they were hypocritical acts done solely to save oneself. A young man named Hirano Yuichi looked down on these hypocrites, feeling a deep sense of anger toward the current state of the world. But after meeting a gentle-hearted young girl, his understanding of what it means to be good gradually began to change.
