Teru Matsuki is a Temporal Relativity researcher. He was removed from the frame of time during a big earthquake about twenty-five ago, and now asserts his existence by attempting to fix accidents involving so-called Slips of the Time Axis alongside Hayase, who was himself removed from the frame of time during a similar big earthquake about ten years ago.
