“Not drunk.” She leaned against his neck, her voice slightly muffled by alcohol. “But…”

“What?” Pei Zheng didn’t hear clearly.

Jiang Ye repeated, her voice unbelievably soft, “I want you to hold me.”

A feeling as if an invisible hand had grabbed his chest surged in Pei Zheng.
